Andrew Habel has been in the construction industry for over 16 years where he has been involved in projects ranging from small renovations to new construction valued at over $37 million. He has a vast array of projects on his resume in the retail, restaurant, healthcare, office and higher education construction markets. Andrew is responsible for the management of overall operations at Compass. Monitoring the financial position of the Company, ensuring the proper experienced superintendents and staff are available for upcoming projects, keeping the administrative aspects of running a construction company up to speed, and maintaining an overall focus on Compass’s goals all fall within Andrew’s expertise.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. He and his wife, Erin, have three boys, Max, Luke and Beau, and his favorite pastime is spending time with them. Close behind are Andrew’s passion for outdoor cooking and hosting gatherings at their home, where he can show off the skills he perfects as a member of a KCBS professional BBQ team. Andrew is an Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Board Member, the Carlton Heights HOA Board President, and the coach of the Noblesville Millers 9U basketball team. He has also been involved in a variety of community groups, including the Noblesville Façade Grant Committee, the Noblesville Mainstreet Board, the Noblesville 50 Club, and the Hamilton County Leadership Academy.
