Toyota Tsusho

Toyota Tsusho is a distributor of just-in-time parts for the Subaru plant in Lafayette, IN. They receive and palatalize ready-made parts for assembly at the Subaru facility. We worked with Tsusho to incorporate their needs into the facility and the build-out. We took the time to understand their process, toured their facility and listened to key goals for the new building and address any challenges with their existing facility. Throughout the construction process, we consistently met with the client and incorporated any changes or additional needs in an efficient and fluid manner.
