IWIS Drive Systems

iwis drive systems is a manufacturing, assembly, and distribution facility producing industrial and agricultural chains and drive system components. Compass worked with iwis on the front end to design an expandable facility around their growing manufacturing and distribution operations as well as modern two-story office space to support both current and future needs. We took the time to understand their process, toured their facility and listened to key goals for the new building and address any challenges with their existing facility. Critical lead times related to industry supply chain concerns were communicated in a proactive manner to meet the clients production schedule. Their goal was to relocate office, manufacturing, and distribution with zero delays to their clients. We were able to provide a seamless transition into the new facility.
