Travis Ballman
Advanced Manufacturing Team Leader

Travis excels at coordinating and improving construction management processes at Compass. As a project executive, he serves as a liaison between our project managers and executive team. He also supports the Compass family by solving challenges, managing and reallocating risk, improving communication, and making sound judgment calls to help move projects forward. In line with the Compass CARES culture, Travis especially appreciates building trusted relationships with our trade partners.

Travis has a B.S. in construction management from Purdue University. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He lives in Columbus, IN with his wife, Sarah, and two kids, Brantley and Briley.
