With a background that uniquely blends construction expertise with a passion for the outdoors, Brett’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, problem-solving, and a dedication to client satisfaction.

At Compass, Brett is responsible for the overall strategic goals and planning of the Services Group. He provides detailed job profit and cost control analysis, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Brett also acts as a liaison between Compass Services and Compass Commercial Construction Projects, fostering seamless collaboration and new client development.

Beyond his professional achievements, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, Angie, and daughter, Addison. He’s an avid outdoorsman, finding joy in morel mushroom hunting, fishing, and camping.
