Precision Propeller is a fully integrated manufacturing facility for outboard motor propellers including robotics, stainless steel foundry, and finishing operation. We were able to work from preliminary design drawings to start the building shell and office while accommodating MEP infrastructure and critical schedule needs related to manufacturing equipment. Our transparent approach to this project was critical to success, setting the stage for future expansion.

Yamaha’s Phase 2 expansion wasn’t just about construction – it was about ensuring their production continued uninterrupted. Throughout the pre-construction phase, Compass diligently reviewed plans for operational maintenance with Yamaha, including chiller relocation and temporary pathways for fork trucks, to ensure seamless continuity of Yamaha’s operations. KEN'S FOODS
Ken’s Foods, a privately-owned producer of salad dressings and barbecue sauces, operates four manufacturing plants across the United States. The Lebanon facility, is equipped with rail service and a fully enclosed rail dock, bottle blow mold production and on-site water treatment. To accommodate increasing demand, Ken’s Foods sought to expand its warehousing and cooler capacities and engaged Compass to expand their existing facility.

This expansion added 107,731 square feet to the existing building, enhancing capacity to meet growing operational demands.
