Compass Commercial Construction Group partnered with Nelson Architect from Chicago to fully renovate two floors of brand new office space for this reputable law firm. Construction included a 10,000 SF cafe with a 24-hour kitchen and snack shop. Connecting the two floors Compass along with Nelson designed and constructed a custom metal 3-tier stairwell making an ultra-effortless transition from the 4th floor to the third floor. The space is of the highest design and construction elements that you will find and the results were fantastic.

This new brew pub constructed in the heart of The Village of West Clay in Carmel was a showcase/centerpiece of buildings in this development. This wood framed building included a combination of woods and metals that accentuate the modern and industrial feel of this trendy brew pub. The interior renovation was accented with a poured concrete bar-top, a mezzanine seating area with decorative railings, and diamond plated ductwork to add strong details to this fresh space.

Compass Commercial Construction Group partnered with CarDon Development to construct a 17,000 SF wood framed addition to an existing assisted living facility. The team was able to successfully navigate existing conditions of an older building and provide proper documentation for government entities involved. Compass was able to facilitate constant communication between the ownership and design team to meet deadlines required for this facility to certify new patient beds.

Compass Commercial Construction Group partnered with Parallel Design Group to construct a 30,000 SF office space renovation for the corporate headquarters of the Indiana Hospital Association. This project was able to combine modern high-end finishes while maintaining a professional business environment for the employees. Project was located at 500 North Meridian St. in downtown Indianapolis.

Compass worked with American Structurepoint on the design and construction of this steel framed retail building on the south side of Indianapolis. Stacked Pickle is a rapidly growing restaurant with locations throughout the state. This project faced site challenges and incorporated an underground detention system to allow the development to be a success. With a 16 week duration, Compass was able to facilitate and coordinate construction for each party involved including the development team, architect and tenant. We look forward to the continued success of the Stacked Pickle brand!

Compass coordinated with Mitsch Design to complete this fast track project in Carmel. The project included high end finishes and design for this premier talent and modeling agency established in 1980. Through coordination with the design team and the owner, Compass was able to facilitate the form and function desired on this project and was able to deliver on time and on budget. The project included a new photography studio, kids area, and updated break room in addition to offices and huddle rooms.

Construction included completion of a full site development with opportunity for building expansion. This building project brought new life to an aging retail site.

About Planet Fitness: Compass Commercial Construction Group partnered with Planet Fitness Lafayette to renovate and build out an existing shell space to transform it into the largest Planet Fitness in the state of Indiana. Construction began in mid-November with turnover to the tenant in the first week of January. Compass collaborated with the client to complete extensive interior demo to accommodate a large open ceiling concept required by Planet Fitness.

Construction began in mid-October 2013 with turnover to the tenant in early January 2014. Compass collaborated with the client to complete extensive interior demo to accommodate an open ceiling concept.

About First Internet Bancorp: Compass Commercial Construction partnered with First Internet Bancorp for a complete renovation of the 3rd floor of their building located in Fishers. With their continued rate of growth and expansion, Compass was responsible for providing a higher end office space under an expedited construction schedule of 8 weeks. Coordination of high-end finishes and long lead times were of extreme importance. Compass was able to provide added value to the tenant with additional coordination of non-construction vendors.

Auntie Em’s Frozen Custard & Cupcakes is the result of years of passion for baking and custard creation that allowed for construction of a 1,500 SF restaurant in the arts district of Carmel, Indiana.

Completed in 2011 over a 3-month period, this project included high end kitchen equipment to accommodate the cooking needs of Auntie Em herself. Working closely with the owner, our construction team was able to deliver a specific vision for the space that captures the feel of an old diner with a modern touch.
